Uzbekistan’s President signed a decree on additional measures to support export activities of business entities. Regarding exports to Europe, 70% of transportation costs will be covered by the governement for one year.

 

To create favorable conditions for the promotion of domestic products in new markets through additional support for export activities, the state is offering new benefits to entrepreneurs.

According to the document signed by the president, exporters of textile products will get covered 70% of their transportation costs when delivering their goods to European countries, Turkey, Egypt and Morocco. The subsidies remain in effect until January 1, 2024.

Also, entrepreneurs who timely repay loans issued from financial resources provided by the Export Promotion Agency to finance pre-export and export-related trade operations are allowed to receive additional loans in proportion to the repaid part of the loan.
