Gesamtmasche / GUZ-Partners Train of the Trainer (TOT) Production Optimization
Groz-Beckert Academy optimizes production processes through a better understanding of the right machine choice for sewing production
As part of the TOT program, which is supported by Gesamtmasche and GUZ Partners, a unique training initiative is being implemented that aims to pass on the knowledge learned by the trainers who are being trained to other textile experts in Uzbekistan, so that the learning content is multiplied in the Ponzi scheme.
The TOT Production Optimization program started in Uzbekistan with theoretical training and was then supplemented by internships in Germany at the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University of Applied Sciences and at Groz-Beckert.
The internship at the academy of Groz-Beckert KG in Albstadt includes the optimization of the production processes in sewing. This initiative focuses on improving product quality and increasing the efficiency of enterprises in the textile and sewing industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The second week of training will take place at the Groz-Beckert Academy, where participants in the program will gain valuable knowledge and practical skills necessary to achieve high demands in sewing production. The Groz-Beckert Academy is known for its advanced teaching methods and its willingness to incorporate innovations into traditional manufacturing processes.
An extensive and individual program was prepared for the delegation from Uzbekistan. The training focuses on the following key topics:
The aim of the training is to promote qualified specialists who are able to use new technologies and optimize existing processes in sewing companies. Participants have the opportunity to not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also to apply it in practice, which expands their understanding of the material.
Such initiatives are an important step towards increasing the competitiveness of domestic Uzbek sewing production and creating effective solutions for the industry. We are confident that the knowledge and skills acquired by the participants of the Groz-Beckert Academy will lead to substantial improvements in their work and contribute to the success of the companies they represent.
The TOT program, supported by Gesamtmasche and GUZ Partners, offers a unique opportunity to master modern technologies and methods and promote not only the increase in product quality, but also the optimization of manufacturing processes. Participants in the course will gain valuable knowledge that will help them effectively apply new technologies in practice and contribute to the development of the sewing industry.
In addition, the program is designed to pass on the knowledge learned to other entrepreneurs and professionals. The dissemination of qualified knowledge is the basis of good economic cooperation between the two countries Germany and Uzbekistan in order to establish skilled workers at a high level for mutually satisfactory B2B business and also to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in Germany.
In today’s world, where textile and garment industries are rapidly developing, the importance of qualified specialists becomes increasingly evident. In this context, the TOT project, supported by Gesamtmasche and implemented under the GUZ Partners program, represents a significant step towards training future local experts in garment production. The training takes place at the University of Albstadt-Sigmaringen and the Groz-Beckert Academy.
