Start of Training for Future Local Experts within the TOT Project on Garment Product Optimization

In today’s world, where textile and garment industries are rapidly developing, the importance of qualified specialists becomes increasingly evident. In this context, the TOT project, supported by Gesamtmasche and implemented under the GUZ Partners program, represents a significant step towards training future local experts in garment production. The training takes place at the University of Albstadt-Sigmaringen and the Groz-Beckert Academy, where future experts are gaining unique knowledge and skills necessary for effective work in the industry.

The training program includes several key areas of the garment sector. In-depth study will focus on:

  • Operational Data Collection and Finished Garment Quality Management. Within this module, trainees study methods of data collection and analysis, enabling the optimization of production processes and improvement of final product quality. Quality management is a critically important aspect of garment production, and future experts learn to apply modern tools for control at all stages – from development to implementation.
  • Creating Systematic Methods in Garment Production. A crucial aspect of training is developing a systematic approach to organizing production processes. This includes both theoretical aspects and practical assignments that allow the application of acquired knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • Sewing Techniques. Special attention is given to key sewing technique directions, such as classic sewing methods, innovative sewing technologies, design, and modeling.

One of the program’s key features is its practical orientation. Participants can work with modern equipment and participate in real projects, enabling them not only to theoretically master the materials but also gain practical experience.

The TOT project represents an important step towards preparing qualified personnel for the garment industry. Training at the University of Albstadt-Sigmaringen and the Groz-Beckert Academy provides specialists with a unique opportunity to master modern technologies and methods that will help them become successful local experts.

In the context of globalization and economic digitalization, such initiatives become particularly relevant, contributing to industry development and increasing its competitiveness in the international arena.
