Coaching Training at the Association “Uztextileprom” Supported by Gesamtmasche: Basic Training on Fiber Processing
On March 5 of this year, a coaching training session titled “Basic Training on Fiber Processing” was held at the Association “Uztextileprom,” organized with the support of the German association Gesamtmasche as part of the GUZ Partners project. The event was particularly significant due to the participation of an international expert from RWTH Aachen University, Justin Kuhn, who led the training and shared his experience and best practices in fiber processing.
The main goal of the training was to familiarize participants with modern methods and technologies for fiber processing, as well as to enhance their professional skills. During the coaching training, participants were introduced to the key aspects of fiber processing, including:

This event marked an important step in the development of a sustainable textile industry in Uzbekistan, aligning with global trends aimed at reducing environmental impact and implementing principles of circular economy. The Association “Uztextileprom” and Gesamtmasche plan to continue their collaboration by organizing subsequent training events aimed at enhancing the qualifications of industry specialists and developing innovative approaches in textile production.
